The following products include pulsable incandescent sources with tungsten filaments in a variety of power levels and steady state sources with high emissivity, Kanthal filaments. The tungsten filament incandescent sources come with a standard sapphire window whereas the steady state sources can have Sapphire, Calcium Fluoride (CaF2), or Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) windows.
All products are constructed
in industry standard TO-8 sized packages with gold plated parabolic
reflectors to enhance their output in the near infrared. The dimensions
of the TO-8 package are shown in the TECHNICAL section along with
other technical data. The radiometric intensity data for all of
the sources were measured with a broad band thermopile radiometer
having a Potassium Bromide (KBr) window.
